Bus

It's like you're driving the bus for the city, and it's full of irate passengers who all hate your driving. Do that for a number of years every waking moment. That's what it feels like.

Now think about being on a treadmill and you're walking fast for a long way, and you reach 20-30 minutes and stop. You step off the treadmill and still feel yourself moving forward. That's what healing from this feels like.

Spicy Deja Vu is what I call it.
