Ascension

I've thought about this for a while. I've concluded that ascension is not now, but we can draw close to God for temporary healing. The best analogy I've heard is a simple one. You draw close to God for a taste of the celebration the same way a child stays close to their father while he's baking a cake for a taste of the cake batter.

That taste is temporary. You're still going to die. Neurological issues don't get better over time. You have to stay as close to God as possible, then when the cake is ready, it's time for the celebration.
